What this site collects
Nothing. Keloids.ie is an information site. There are no contact forms, no sign-ups, no accounts and no analytics or tracking scripts. We do not ask you for your name, email address, phone number or anything about your health, and there is nowhere on this site to enter it.
Cookies
This site sets no cookies of its own. Fonts are served from this site rather than from a third party, so visiting a page makes no request to any external service.
The one exception is the video library. Videos are not loaded until you press play. If you do play one, YouTube may set cookies at that point, under Google’s own privacy policy rather than ours. Videos are embedded through youtube-nocookie.com, which limits this, but if you would rather avoid it entirely, simply do not press play.
The treatment finder
The treatment finder runs entirely in your browser. Your answers are never sent anywhere, never stored, and are gone as soon as you close the page.
Contacting the clinic
If you phone or email the Kerry Skin Clinic, that contact is handled by the clinic under its own privacy practices, not through this site. Please do not send detailed health information or photographs by email unless the clinic has asked you to.
Hosting
Like any website, this one is served by a hosting provider that may keep short-term server logs containing IP addresses for security and reliability purposes. These are not used to identify visitors and are not linked to anything else.
